VBG Installation beam

VBG Installation beams are adapted for most electrical connectors available on the market as well as pneumatic and hydraulic connectors. Pre-drilled installation beams and a selection of installation washers provide for different needs and positions.
Flexible system
As standard, the installation beams and installation parts are supplied with a surface coating produced from a zinc-manganese phosphatising process, ED primer, and a topcoat in one colour with a high finish and first-rate resistance to corrosion
The beams are available in lengths of 826 mm for Volvo trucks with inner liners and 734 mm for Scania. Other lengths can be achieved by adding 5 or 8 mm spacers as required.
The installation washers have hole patterns adapted for fitting:

• ABS
• 15 N
• 7 N
• 7 S
• Charger plug
• Duomatic
• Palm coupling
